On Wednesday, the domestic stock market returned to awe and the Sensex-Nifty opened on the green mark. At 9.17 am, the Bombay Stock Exchange's flagship index Sensex was trading at a level of 38031.17, up 0.79 per cent, meaning 0.79 per cent. On the other hand, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange was up 0.73 per cent with a gain of 81.95 points at the level of 11235.60. If we talk about the big stocks, today the shares of HCL Tech, Grasim, TCS, Sun Pharma and Tech Mahindra opened on the green mark. Shares of Adani Ports, Infratel, Zee Limited, GAIL and IndusInd Bank opened on the red mark. If we look at the same sectoral index, today all sectors started at the edge. It includes IT, PSU banks, realty, pharma, media, financial services, metal, auto, FMCG, banks and private banks. During the pre-open at 9.11 am, the Sensex was at a level of 38124.94 after a gain of 1.04 per cent at 390.86 points. The Nifty was up 105.10 points, 0.94 per cent above the level of 11258.75. There was a sell-off in the domestic stock market on the previous trading day. The Sensex was down 300.06 points to close at 37734.08, down 0.79 per cent. The Nifty closed at 11153.65 level with a decrease of 0.86 per cent (96.90 points). On Tuesday, the Sensex opened at 66100.77, up 66.63 points, up 0.18 per cent, and the Nifty opened 0.21 per cent up 23.70 points at 11274.25.
