Chennai: The controversy that arose after the suicide of Fatima Latif, a student of IIT Madras, is constantly raging. The student organization of IIT Madras has demanded an inquiry into Fatima's suicide. The students' organization has prepared an online platform for justice to Fatima through which the protest can be made a campaign. Another demand of students is that Grievance Welfare Cell should be implemented in IIT Madras (IITM) to address the complaints of SC / ST / OBC / minority students. For this, there has been an appeal for the full-time appointment of Gender Sensitive Psychiatrists on campus and strengthen the mental health support system. Odd-even scheme can be implemented again, final decision will be taken on Monday Meanwhile, DMK Youth Wing has also demanded an inquiry into Fatima's suicide. Protests continue outside the campus and today is its third day. Fatima had a catastrophe on 9 November.
