As soon as the police removed the roof of the auto, they were surprised. The entire roof of the auto was converted into a wine cellar through which smuggling was being done. The police seized a huge quantity of illicit liquor from the roof of the auto. Hundreds of bottles of foreign liquor were seized from the auto. Thereafter, the police immediately issued an order to check the autos in the entire area. Now the police are especially investigating the roof of every auto. The police have come to know that a huge amount of liquor is smuggled in Supaul through autos, in which some policemen are also involved. Regarding this incident, Triveniganj DSP Ganpati Thakur said that the entire incident is being investigated and the entire network of liquor smuggling from autos will be busted.
