Police entered woman's house in the middle of night without warrant

Bhopal: The mother and her daughter, who live alone in the Coordination Nagar near Sakshi Hospital in Avadhpuri, are in a state of panic. On Thursday, six policemen, including the in-charge of Avadhpuri police station, barged into his house at night. They wandered from the ground floor of the house to the first floor of the house and searched for the whole house. The victim's family accused the police of threatening and said that it has become the position of the police in the commissioner that they are entering the house and threatening. Later, when the police personnel came to know that CCTV was installed in the entire house, it started moving from there without taking any action. Police officials said that a complaint had reached them, which the SHO along with the police had reached out to investigate.

According to the news received, 55-year-old Bhavna Singh lives with her younger daughter Meena Singh in Samanvay Nagar Awadhpuri. Bhavna Singh's husband was in BHEL. He later died. His pension covers the household expenses. His daughter Meena is pursuing MBA. One daughter Simran is married. Bhavna Singh is having a fight with his brother builder Vaibhav Thakur over the house. Bhavna said that the house is in her name. The case regarding this is currently going on in court. Meanwhile, the police have also admitted that the matter is in court, but Vaibhav Thakur had complained to the Avadhpuri police that the Rakhi destructed the house. The police had gone to investigate it.

How the police is seen roaming in the mother-daughter house, it has been imprisoned in the CCTV installed in Bhavna Singh's house. A woman policeman is also with them. However, questions are being raised on the manner in which the police have told activism in this incident. In February 2021 also there was a fight about this house. In this, Vaibhav Thakur was accused of assault. The matter is now being investigated by the police.
