In the wake of the sexual harassment controversy against Harvey Weinstein that touched up Hollywood, members of the film club have raised their voices to condemn it. A number of Bollywood star have also taken a stand against sexual predators at workplaces. The latest stars to join the list are Sunny Leone and her 'Tera Intezaar' co-star Arbaaz Khan. Bollywood actress Sunny shared her views on sexual harassment at workplaces and encouraged victims to speak up in order to spark a change. "There are young women out there who are being harassed. It happens to everyone, not just women, but men also. I hope they have the strength to stand up and say that this is not okay and stand for what they believe is right. You have to speak up for things to change. If you don't speak, nothing is going to change," she said. Bollywood actor and filmmaker Arbaaz Khan also added in saying, "I'm certain that these things do happen. Everybody has their own way to do deal with it. Anything which is done without consent be it in the film industry, personal life, professional life or anywhere, if it is not okay with you, you have to resist it or turn it down your way by probably fighting against it. Nobody is here to defend the fact that it is accepted or the way it functions. If something like that happens, then it should be exposed and not tolerated."
