Ayodhya case:'Only speech and mind works in the debate' says when Rajiv Dhawan when Hindu side interrupted

New Delhi: There was a debate in the Supreme Court during the hearing of the Ayodhya case on Friday. Advocate Rajiv Dhawan, appearing for the Muslim side, made arguments on Friday and answered the allegations by the Hindu parties. During this time, when the lawyer of Hindu parties CS Vaidyanath interrupted Rajiv Dhawan, Dhawan got a little annoyed. Rajiv Dhawan said during this time that their way of arguing is different, so they should not be interrupted.

Advocate Rajiv Dhawan of the Muslim side said in the court that I will keep my debate focused on the title, limitation and waqf. In the meantime, the legal counsel of the Hindu side Vaidyanathan interrupted him, to which Rajiv Dhawan objected. He said that this is not right, I never interrupted him with the name of CS Vaidyanathan. Rajiv Dhawan said that I have my own way of arguing, I have never been this style. The most ideal way of debate is 'barrister style', in which your hands are down and only the mind and tongue move.

Dhawan said during this time that while mediation was going on in the Ayodhya case, the talks during that time were not kept secret. All evidence of the debate was leaked on Twitter, which is by no means correct. Let us tell you that Friday is the 37th day of daily hearing of this case. Till Thursday, the Hindu side was expressing its opinion, but from Friday the arguments of the Muslim side have started. The Muslim side is currently putting its arguments on Suit-4.
