The court has said that Prashant Bhushan's statements to the media were going to affect the proceedings even before the court's verdict. The Supreme Court held two tweets of Prashant Bhushan responsible for contempt of court. The court also said in its order that the press conference of four judges of the top court held in January 2018 was also incorrect.
