SC seeks report from Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Assam in view of Corona infection

In view of increasing corona cases, the Supreme Court has asked the states to file a report on the present situation of Corona here on Monday. Indeed, in the month of November, the cases of covid-19 are getting pace.

The Supreme Court has asked for affidavits from Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Assam regarding the current situation there. According to the information received, a three-judge bench headed by Judge Ashok Bhushan has also reprimanded the Gujarat and Delhi governments for worsening the situation of covid-19. Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also asked the state governments to gave a report.

He says that the report will have to give information about the steps taken by the government to prevent infection. Along with this, the report will also have to give details of the help taken from the central government to deal with the disease. The Supreme Court reprimanded Gujarat because the marriage, ceremony and gathering of people did not decrease even after the Corona cases increased here. According to the information received, the bench is scheduled to hold its next hearing on Friday.
