On the other hand, the bench said that the Smog Tower should be installed at the place identified in Anand Vihar by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). For which Delhi government should provide 30 x 30 meters space within seven days. It is also being said that the Central Government will provide financial help to it. The Ministry of Environment and Forests will monitor it. The project should be completed in three months. At the same time, on the question of the quality of water being supplied in Delhi, the bench has asked the concerned pollution control board as well as the Bureau of Indian Standards to inspect the sample in a month after surprise inspection.
