New Delhi: Farmers who have been agitating for the past 54 days against the agricultural laws brought by the central government said that they will take up their tractor parade in Delhi on the occasion of Republic Day and there has been no change in organising the event. Today, the country's largest court will hear over all the three agricultural laws and farmers' performance. On Sunday, farmers' leader Yogendra Yadav said on the Singhu border that we will hold a tractor parade on the Outer Ring Road in Delhi on January 26. The parade will be very peaceful. There will be no hindrance in the Republic Day parade. Farmers will put the national flag on their tractors. Authorities have approached the apex court demanding a ban on tractor marches or any other such protests proposed by farmers so that the Republic Day celebrations on January 26 do not come to a halt. The Supreme Court may also look into the issue of a member of the committee formed to end the deadlock. The court will also hear a plea filed by the Delhi Police seeking a ban on the proposed tractor or trolley march or any other kind of demonstration on Republic Day on January 26.
