New Delhi: Tractor parade was taken out on Republic Day, amidst the farmers' agitation against agricultural laws brought by the Center. During this time there was a lot of uproar on the streets of Delhi. Now this case has reached the door of the Supreme Court. On Wednesday, on the occasion of Republic Day, the Supreme Court will hear about the violence in Delhi. The petitioner has demanded that during the tractor parade which took place in Delhi, violence broke out and the tricolor was scorned. It should be judged. Chief Justice S.A. Only the bench headed by Bobde will hear this matter. It is worth mentioning that even before the tractor parade of farmers, this matter had reached the top court when the farmers had sought permission from the Delhi Police for the parade. But the police had reached the Supreme Court, although the Supreme Court had said that it is the job of the police to decide, not the court. After this, after several rounds of talks by the Delhi Police, the farmers' organizations were allowed to take out the tractor parade along the prescribed route and the number of tractors fixed. However, on Republic Day, a parade took place ahead of schedule and at different places than the scheduled route, during which fierce violence took place and the Red Fort was also vandalized.
