In the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case, the Bihar government has recommended to hand over the investigation to the CBI. Different reactions are coming out in social media about this, the most prominent of which is the advocate of Rhea Chakraborty, who has questioned the decision of the Bihar government. Demand for handing over the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case to the CBI has been raised in social media for a long time. The campaign was started by the fans of actor Sushant, and then some Bollywood celebrities also joined it. Slowly - from the political circles too, the voices of the CBI investigation of Sushant case started being raised. The Maharashtra government, however, expressly refuses to recommend the case to the CBI. Advocate Satish Maneshinde of actress Rhea Chakraborty has questioned the recommendation of the Bihar government itself. According to ANI's tweet, he said, such a case cannot be transferred in which the Bihar government has no legal right to join. At most, it will be a zero FIR, which will be transferred to Mumbai Police. Transferring a case to the CBI in which they are not entitled is not of legal importance. Similarly, advocate Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer has raised questions on handing over the case to CBI. However, there has been no response from the Bihar government yet.
