Tamil Nadu: Boyfriend thrashed to death on his way to girlfriends house, police arrested four people

Dindigul: Four persons have been detained for killing a 21-year-old man in Dindigul town of Tamil Nadu state. The same incident took place when the man came to his house after hearing about his girlfriend's marriage to someone else. The person was identified in the name of . Bharatiraja (21) lived in Pudupati near Natham in Dindigul city. He had studied catering and worked in a private hotel in Sirumalai.

Bharatiraja fell in love with a 20-year-old parameswari girl from Mulai Nagar in Mungilpatti, Tamil Nadu. They were in a relationship for the past five years. When the girl's family came to know about her relationship with Bharatiraja, they decided to marry her to someone else. In fact, when Parameswari told Bharatiraja about her marriage, he later went to Parameswari's house on Monday with two of his friends.

Seeing Bharatiraja outside their house, Parameswari's parents, brother Malaichami and relatives had a dispute with Bharatiraja. Angry, Malaichami grabbed a stone and started attacking Bharatiraj. Bharatiraja, who was seriously injured in the fight, was taken to a nearby hospital. However, he died before reaching the hospital. The case was handed over to The Natham police. They rushed to the spot and seized the body and sent it to Natham Government Hospital for postmortem.
