Shops selling electrical goods, repair of vehicles, hardware shops, spare part shops, books and stationery shops will also be allowed to be opened between 6 am and 5 pm. All government offices in Tamil Nadu will now open with the presence of 30 per cent of the employees. 50% of the workers in factories will be allowed to work. Private security agencies and housekeeping agencies will also function.
