Tasty Potato Keema recipe for all vegetarians

Till date, you must have eaten Keema Chicken several times, but today we are going to tell you the recipe for making Potato Keema. It is very tasty in food and you can easily make it at home. So let's know the recipe for making potato Keema.

Ingredients: Oil - 2 tablespoons, garlic paste - 1 tsp, ginger paste - 1 tsp, onion - 250 grams, green chillies - 1 tablespoon, turmeric - 1/2 tsp, Keema d chicken - 500 grams, red chili - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp, tomato - 250 grams, curd - 2 tablespoons, potato - 300 grams, water - 220 ml, garam masala - 1/2 tsp, coriander - for garnish

Method-

1- To make potato Keema, first heat two spoons of oil in a pan. Now add 2 teaspoon garlic paste and 1 teaspoon ginger paste and fry for 3 minutes.

2- Now add 250 grams of onion and fry it. Now add 1 teaspoon green chili and ½ teaspoon turmeric and mix well.

3- Then add 500 grams of Keema d chicken to it, mix well, and then add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon salt.

4- Now add 250 grams of tomatoes and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Now add 2 teaspoons of curd, 300 grams of potatoes, and mix. Then add 220 ml of water and cover it and cook on low flame for 40 minutes.

5- Now add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala to it and mix well. Take your potato Keema is ready. Now garnish it with green coriander and serve it with chapati.
