Tata Motors Company's popular subcompact SUV Nexon has now been launched in Sri Lanka. The company will export the Tata Nexon unit to its Chakan plant and it will be sold in SUV as a complete built unit in Sri Lanka. Talking on this occasion, Mayank Parake, president of Passenger Vehicle Unit, Tata Motors said, "We are feeling very excited by launching Naxon's manual and AMT variants in Sri Lanka. Launching this Car Renz in Sri Lanka, we want to increase our market share not only in the segment but also want to dominate the AMT segment. " Tata Nexon launched in Sri Lanka is like the Indian Speak version. Engine: Tata Nexon has a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that generates 108 bhp power and 170 nm peak torque. The car has a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine which generates the 108 bhp power and 260 nm torque. The car's engine is equipped with 6-speed manual and 6-speed HyperDrive AMT system. FEATURES: If you talk about FEATURES, then Nexon has a 6.5-inch touchscreen encoding system. Along with this, many features like Android Auto, Text and WhatsApp Read and Reply, Voice Command and Navigation are given in the car. In the car, projector headlamps, LEDs DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, dual alert bags, ABDs with EBD, isofix child seat mount. Price: The company has put the price of this SUV in Sri Lanka from 1.99 to 4.6 million SLR SLR, which will be in Indian currency from about Rs.8.7 lakhs to Rs.20.1 lakhs. In Sri Lanka this SUV will be sold by Tata Motors' Distributor Diesel & Motors Engineering PLC (DIMO) and is ready to sell this SUV at 15 outlets in Colombo.
