Digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering conglomerate Tech Mahindra, announced its strategic partnership with RUAG International, an organization specialising in aerospace, headquartered in Switzerland, for global IT infrastructure and digital transformation. Tech Mahindra will support RUAG International in its IT Infrastructure digitization strategy by transforming the core infrastructure operations using next-generation service to enhance customer experience and faster time-to-market. This Infrastructure and Workplace transformation programme will focus on accelerating consumerization of digital services and providing RUAG International with a digital platform to enable its employees to benefit with the best in class services and improved user experience. The key transformation initiatives also include digital service management, Cloud Transformation, Services Automation and Compliance & Control. According to Rajat Bhattacharya, CIO, RUAG International said, “We are embarking on a journey of transforming our Infrastructure and Workplace setup and services. We looked for a partner who can help us rationalize and modernize our setup, and automate and improve the services within the context of strict information security and trade compliance regulations we need to comply with. Shares of Tech Mahindra settled at Rs.863.45 per shares up by Rs 25.90 from its previous closing of Rs 837.55 on the National Stock Exchange.
