According to the police, a 14-year-old girl was repeatedly raped at a neighbourhood spa in Gurugram by 10 to 15 guys. Based on the teen's complaint, an FIR has been filed against four people, including the spa owner, and a woman. The accused have been identified as Jhuma, Pooja, Rubel, and Saddam. The adolescent said that this was her second police report. The first time, she was made to fabricate her feelings for one of the accused, who had made her a marriage proposal, the police claim, and claimed she was in love with him. She claimed that the defendant later turned down her request to get married and made threats to murder her and her family. Police claim that the victim has not yet provided their office with official documentation of her age, making it impossible to determine whether she is a minor. The accused are being sought after through an investigation. According to the girl's allegation, Pooja made the girl an offer to work at a medical clinic about a month ago. She started working at the doctor's clinic but claimed she was let go after just two days. Pooja saw her again after about 15 days and this time gave her a position as a receptionist at King Spa, which is situated on the first floor of Omaxe Gurugram Mall. "My ordeal started the very first day of my job when they forcibly sent me inside a room at the spa with a man who raped me," the girl said in her complaint. Police claimed that after being compelled to continue with her "work," the girl was shown a video of her sex act with the male. "I forced myself to go to the spa for five more days, during which I was sexually exploited by 10 to 15 men every day," the girl wrote in her complaint. Following the filing of the complaint, an FIR was filed against all four of the accused under Sections 376-D (gangrape), 323 (causing pain), 506 (criminal intimidation), 34 (common intention), and 6 (child protection), 13, 14, and 17 (POCSO) of the Indian Penal Code.
