Tej Pratap Yadav slams Nitish Kumar over crime and liquor mafia in Bihar

Patna: Liquor mafias in Patna, the capital of Bihar, opened fire on police who had been raided a day earlier. Politics has now been heated over the incident. The opposition Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has targeted the Nitish Kumar government over the incident. In a tweet on Sunday, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav's eldest son Tej Pratap Yadav has been on the Nitish government.

Tej Pratap Yadav has been on the lines of Nitish Kumar's election slogan in the last assembly elections in the state, but the government and the CM have been on the lines. Tej Pratap tweeted from his official Twitter handle saying, "Bihar mein bahaar hai, sharaab kee ladaee mein rajadhani ke beecho-beech goliyon kee bauchar hai. jor se kahiye "neeteesh kumaar" hai.

A day earlier, the liquor mafia had fired at the police team when the liquor was reported to have been unloaded near the R Block railway line in Patna. A policeman was shot dead while a liquor smuggler was also injured in the attack on the police party. The condition of the two injured is reported to be critical.
