Bihar Election: Tejashwi targets OBC after Nitish's 'Dalit card', says, 'why don't their children have jobs?'

Patna: The state is at the peak of the Dalit vote bank in the state before the defeat. Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has played the OBC card on the Dalit card of state CM and JDU chief Nitish Kumar. On Saturday, he announced that if his party formed a government in the elections, they would immediately reinstate around 4.5 lakh posts.

Actually, Tejashwi was talking to the press, during this time he said, "Since elections are near. Nitish Kumar has announced a government job for the children of SC / ST people killed in Bihar. But why are the children of OBC or general class who were killed, not being given jobs? It is like encouraging the killing of SC / ST people. " Tejashwi said, “Bihar's unemployment rate is around 46 percent, which is the highest in India. There are about 4.5 lakh vacancies in various departments of the state government. If given a chance, our government will fill all the vacant posts and create new vacancies in proportion to the population. ”

Earlier, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Friday ordered disposal of cases under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act by September 20. Along with this, he has also directed the officials to formulate rules to give job on compassionate basis to the dependents of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (SC / ST) in cases related to untimely death.
