Telangana Governor has great hopes from the first COVID-19 vaccine

The COVID-19 cases taking new heights daily, with the rising numbers it is obvious for the authorities to motivate its team. The Hyderabad Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan did the same on Wednesday. She expressed hope that the first vaccine for Covid-19 would come from Telangana state.

Communicating with the media from Raj Bhavan through video conference, on the occasion of completion of the first year as Governor. She said that the vaccine could be anticipated within six months or in a year. Some organizations are already on the job of developing the vaccine and some organizations are also taking the lead. She also added that this vaccine has some protocols like it should be safe once it is given to the people therefore, she also said that we should not be in a hurry. It’s not an ordinary virus. It is changing and acting in different ways.

Through video conference, the governor said that she is the daughter of Tamil Nadu and the sister of Telangana. She emphasized more priority over the Health and Education sectors in the State. The suggestions were in the interest of people. According to her, the State government has come up with several schemes for the benefit of the people apart from completing various irrigation projects.
