Telangana High Court ordered important decision about court hearing in lockdown, on Friday. As per recent updates Chief Justice Hima Kohli, Justice MS Ramchandra Rao and Justice A Rajashekar Reddy ordered continuation of virtual proceedings in all courts in the State till June 30. The full bench gave its order in a suo motu writ petition based on a letter written by the Telangana Bar Council President. The panel had earlier adjourned this case from Thursday to Friday to hear government’s decision on curfew. It expressed dissatisfaction at the government for not coming up with any decision on further action in the state for controlling pandemic situation. “Since yesterday we were asking for your further decision, knowing very well the government order on curfew would expire today. You did not come up with any decision till now”, the panel commented.
