To keep this in mind, the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education has taken a big decision in favor of the students and this decision will surely please them. Telangana State Board TSBIE reduces syllabus for intermediate courses for 2020-21 students. Many working days of the academic calendar are gone due to the corona lockdown. This decision was taken referring to a special situation on the Covid-19 epidemic. Board is also prepare to implement this decision. To implement this decision, TSBIE has constituted expert committees for matters and based on the suggestions made by the committees, the board has reduced the syllabus. As Known earlier, in this same matter the syllabus for science stream has been reduced on the lines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and for other streams also considering, the board has removed non-important subjects and lessons. However, It also been annouced that BIE intermediate public examinations -2021 is scheduled from March 24 to April 12 and has scheduled advanced supplementary examinations in the last week of May next year. It also plans to reduce the syllabus of other classes. Currently, junior colleges are conducting online classes through doordarshan and T-SAT network channels. Proposed Changes in the syllabus will be distributed to all junior colleges shortly.
