BJP doing Hindu-Muslim politics to win elections - TRS

Hyderabad: After the announcement of the Municipal Corporation elections in Hyderabad, a fierce battle has started in the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Both parties are aggressively blaming each other with their strategy. AIMIM is also making every effort to save its fort.

Amidst allegations and counter-allegations, BJP has written a letter to the Election Commission that action should be taken against CM KCR for making derogatory remarks on PM Modi. Recently, TRS and BJP workers came face-to-face in Deverapura area during a nomination rally and they got into violent clashes. A similar situation has arisen in Uppuguda division when violence has occurred between BJP and AIMIM workers.

KTR, the executive chairman of the Telangana National Committee (TRS) and the son of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), accused the BJP of spreading 'communal hatred'. KTR, a minister in the Telangana government, said in a statement that the BJP is using 'Pakistan' to win the elections. Thhere has been no response from the BJP on this statement of KTR.
