As we all know, the Telangana government has conducted a test in recent times. On Tuesday, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) announced the results for 1,595 vacancies which were declared under Group IV Services Recruitment. With this announcement, TSPSC has completed recruitment to 30,723 various posts.
The Commission has informed the total 1,098 junior assistant posts under Group IV services, of which 1,090 posts have been filled and eight vacancies were not filled due to unavailability of eligible candidates and results for four vacancies were discontinued due to court cases. Similarly, for 450 notified typist posts, 425 were appointed, 25 posts were not filled as eligible candidates were not available and appointments to a post were suspended due to court case.
39 of the 44 notified Steno (English) posts were filled and five were vacant as eligible candidates were not available. Three steno (Telugu) posts cannot be filled as there are no qualified candidates. TSPSC Chairman Professor Ghanta Chakrapani and the commission members held a meeting on Tuesday and approved the results of the recruitment of Group IV services. The results were due to be released in March this year, but the Covid-19 epidemic was delayed.
