CHANDIGARH: Ten more Haryana students returned from war-torn Ukraine on Friday, March 3, and the state administration in Mumbai welcomed them with open arms, according to the state. Officers deputed at helpdesk in Mumbai giving each of them a flying ticket and Rs 1,000 in cash.
