A fact denied by most of the people, does money plays an important role in a relationship? To some people, the answer may be- Yes, to some extent but not very much, whereas to others the answer could be NO, but what's the truth? According to an article published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, relationship choices are not just based upon feelings and emotions but how financially strong one feels as compare to other. A study was done over two group of peoples of a Chinese college, who were already in a long term relationship and the results were totally surprising. The groups were asked to think they were either wealthy or poor to examine their mating behaviour. In first group most of the wealthy men were less satisfied with the looks of their partner and are keener towards small term relationship whereas women who felt financially strong did not pay much attention to their partner's physical appearance. In both the groups, all the males and females, rich and poor were inclined toward people having good looks. However, committed women found more concerned towards their relationship regardless the financial status of their mate. To them, the reproductive cost of a long term relationship is a way too higher.
