The Kejriwal government gave financial assistance of 1-1 crore to the families of the personnel who lost their lives due to Corona

New Delhi: The Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi on Thursday provided financial assistance of one crore rupees each to the families of two frontline workers who lost their lives due to Corona. Health Minister Satendra Jain tweeted that, 'Late Smt. Munish Devi ji died due to corona virus while doing duty during the corona pandemic. Today, meeting his family members, as per the orders of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, gave him an honorarium of Rs one crore and assured of all kind of help in future.

Along with this, the Delhi government also gave financial help to the family of Dr. Mithilesh Kumar Singh. Jain tweeted and wrote, 'Dr. Mithilesh Kumar Singh ji died due to corona virus while serving in the hospital during the corona epidemic. Today he met his family members and as per the orders of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal ji gave him an honorarium of one crore. The nation will always be indebted for his service.

Let us inform that in the year 2020, the Delhi government had announced that it would provide financial assistance of one crore rupees to the families of all frontline personnel who got infected with Covid-19 and then died in the line of duty.
