One of the most anticipated show’s final trailers is finally here! The final trailer for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power was released recently. The new video gives us a better look at the massive show before it premieres on September 2. The prequel show follows Sauron's ascent to power long before The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit. Morfydd Clark's Elven warrior Galadriel takes on the task of becoming the royal leader whose future version we have seen as Cate Blanchett's portrayal in Peter Jackson's Oscar-winning Lord of the Rings film trilogy in the new trailer. Galadriel opens the show by tracking down the final remains of Sauron's evil collaborators who murdered her brother Finrod. The clip shows Galadriel forging relationships and attempting to unite Middle-earth in the face of increasing darkness. The appearance of Sauron is also hinted at in the trailer, which is sure to delight series fans given that it is the long-awaited origin story. Elrond (Robert Aramayo), High King Gil-galad (Benjamin Walker), and Celebrimbor also appear on the show (Charles Edwards). Markella Kavenagh, Dylan Smith, Daniel Weyman, Maxim Baldry, Ema Horvath, Lloyd Owen, and Trystan Gravelle all appear in the show. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will also describe the fall of Númenor and the War of the Last Alliance in a five-season plot arc that showrunners J.D.
