8 months ago, the marriage took place and the demand was uprooted, Harpreet was shocked to see the body of martyr Gajjan Singh

New Delhi: In February this year, 23 Sikh regiment jawans, Gajjan Singh, along with Harpreet Kaur, took seven rounds of life and death. The two were married with great fanfare in Ropar. The picture of the groom carrying the Kisan Union flag had gone viral on social media. Two months ago, Gajjan came home for his brother's wedding. After a holiday at that time, he returned to duty after being asked to come back early, returning home on Tuesday, but wrapped in a tricolour.

Harpreet's hand had not yet landed the wedding thread when her demand swelled. Looking at her husband's mortal remains with pathrai eyes, Harpreet was repeatedly just saying, 'Hey, get up... Mainnu toh dekh le ek wari...... A final farewell was given to martyr Gajjan Singh on Wednesday. A large number of people gathered to pay their last respects to their hero. Harpreet's compassionate cry was tearing everyone's liver apart. Harpreet was repeatedly saying that the ghajjans should just see him once. Gajjan's father Charan Singh was also unable to handle himself, what would he handle the daughter-in-law? His throat was sat in tears, he was just somehow completing the final rites process. Since the mother is already ill, the news of the martyrdom was not conveyed to her by her son.

When Gajjan Singh got married in February, he carried the farming flag to his barat. People say that Gajjan had brought his bride on a tractor. Gajjan Singh was one of the five jawans who attained valour while taking iron from terrorists in Poonch on Monday.
