Jamui: A sensational incident of murder of a 13-year-old boy has come to light in Dhobiakura village under Mahapur panchayat of Jhajha block of Jamui district of Bihar. The matter is being reported late at night. The deceased is Sameer Ansari, son of village resident and artisan Naushad alias Karu Mian. According to the information received, the boy was injured by hitting the genitals with a sharp weapon and hung the body in the Palash tree. The men unloaded the body from the Palash tree in the middle of the bush located near the village. The body was taken off by the people before the police arrived. It is being said that Sameer was missing since evening, which was being searched by the family members. When I could not find it till night, a search was carried out again in the morning. When I looked near the bush, I found it there around the bush and the Badhana used to defecate. In this sequence, the maternal uncle of the deceased and my cousins Arif and Tanvir saw the body hanging from the tree and then went and told all the villagers and family members. On receiving the information, people gathered and the body was removed from the tree before the police arrived. People said that wherever there is a bush, people who drink alcohol and play cards keep coming from noon to evening. Jhajha police station chief Rajesh Sharan rushed to the spot and inspected the situation. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. The villagers and boys, including ward member Meraj Ansari, said that Sameer was a very good boy. There was no conversation with anyone, there was no fight. How this happened, we are all surprised.
