The problems of the Uddhav government in Maharashtra seem to be increasing

Mumbai: The problems of the Uddhav government in Maharashtra seem to be increasing. Despite the appeal of Chief Minister Thackeray, the process of changing sides of Shiv Sena MLAs is still going on. Today morning 3 more MLAs have reached Guwahati. Earlier on Wednesday, four more MLAs had joined the Shinde faction in Guwahati. Four MLAs present in Guwahati reached Radisson Blu Hotel at around 8 pm on Wednesday night. Eknath Shinde is staying in this hotel along with other rebel MLAs. According to the news, the four MLAs who arrived in the evening had left for Guwahati from Surat along with Maharashtra BJP President Chandrakant Patil.

Gulabrao Patil and Yogesh Kadam are also included in the Shiv Sena MLAs who reached Guwahati. The remaining two MLAs (Manjula Gavit and Chandrakant Patil) are independents. Today there are reports of Kurla MLA Mangesh Kudalkar and Dadar MLA Sada Sarwankar going to Guwahati. It is not clear whether these two are also included in the MLA who has reached Guwahati in the morning. If, as claimed, these MLAs join the Shinde camp, then the number of Shiv Sena MLAs with Shinde will reach 36, while another 12 MLAs are also said to be with Shinde.

Meanwhile, yesterday the Shinde faction has sent a letter signed by 34 MLAs to Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. It has been told in the letter that Eknath Shinde is the leader of Shiv Sena Legislature Party. Bharat Gogavale has been elected as the new Chief Whip. The Shiv Sena had on Tuesday removed Shinde as the leader of the legislature party. On Wednesday, after the day-long meetings, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray took a surprising decision late in the evening. He left the CM residence and reached Matoshree (his home). Not only this, he came live on Facebook and said that the rebels should come forward and discuss with them.
