Kapil Sharma,the best ever comedian’s real show has released after his complaint of corruption on BMC some hours back. He accused BMC demanding bribe of 5 lakh rupees to continue the construction work of his office. But suddenly twist arises in this saga and makes it only one sided story. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had issued a stop work notice to Sharma under section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act on July 16. BMC has replied on accusation made by Kapil Sharma on complaint of corruption. BMC made copy of notice public and it stated stop the work of construction under section 354 of Mumbai Corporation Act,1888 and as per notice sent on July,16 the Municipal Commissioner of BMC furnished a notice of unlawfully carrying on erection of building and erection of work. The notice was asked to stop work on his ground + 1 storeyed office in Andheri (west) within 24 hours of receiving the notice. Moreover, a copy of the same was forwarded to the Versova police station. There may be demanding of bribe to regularise the work, a senior officer said,"It is quite possible that somebody from the civic office would have sought bribe to regularise it”. Also BMC asked Kapil Sharma to reveal the names of civic officer who demanded bribe. Despite several attempts, Sharma remained unavailable for comment. Kapil on the same day tweeted, "ye hai acche dil modiji" and put accusation on BMC demanding of 5 lakh rupees.
