Saif Ali Khan’s film Go Goa Gone which was luanched in 2013 had recived the positive response at the box- office. After the sucesss of the film, Makers have confirmed that they were planning a sequel to the zombie comedy. The film, tentatively titled Go Goa Gone 2: Babaji Ki Booty, will have the lead characters taking on aliens this time. But as per the latest report, the film is in limbo.

The sequal of the film which was supposed to hit floors in March this year, has been postponed for an indefinite period, claims a latest report by DNA. Wondering why? Well, it has nothing to do with Saif but the co-producers Dinesh Vijan and Raj & DK. After a fallout between the two parties over sharing of profits on their last year’s hit, the Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer Stree, the Go Goa Gone sequel, which they were set to co-produce, is in limbo.
According to the source, “The producers had even locked Saif’s dates but now, after the fallout between Dinesh Vijan and Raj and DK, the film is in limbo. The makers who had earlier collaborated on producing Stree (2018) were fighting a legal battle after there were disputes regarding profit sharing on the film. They are trying to sort the issue out so that work on the sequel can progress.”

On the work front, Saif was last seen Baazaar. The actor’s forthcoming projects include the Ajay Devgn-starrer Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior and the Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi-starrer Dil Bechara.
