Hyderabad: A shameful incident has come to light from Hyderabad in which a minor has been gang-raped in a Mercedes car. It is being said that the criminals include high profile names. No arrests have been made in the case at the moment. The police are taking further action.
In Hyderabad, an incident of gang rape of a minor girl has come to light in the posh jubilee hills. It is being said that three to four persons are involved in the crime and one of them is a minor while one of the other criminals is the son of the MLA. The police have been investigating after the case was registered on behalf of the victim's father. At present, no culprits have been arrested in the case.
On Wednesday, the police launched a technical investigation confirming the fact of the high-profile case registered at jubilee hills police station. It is said that the incident took place on Saturday. Following the information, the police had registered a case against three persons under sections 354,323 IPC, 9,10 POCSO Act 2012 of the IPC. After the medical examination of the 17-year-old victim, the police have also added section 376 of the IPC. It is being said that the victim had gone to attend a party on the call of her friends. According to sources, the victim was accompanied by an MLA's son and the chairman of the minority board in the party. At the moment, the victim can only identify one of the culprits and also reveal his name. It is being said that this criminal is also a minor. According to sources, the sons of three leaders are among the culprits involved in the minor gang rape case. One is the son of the AIMIM leader, the other is the son of the TRS leader and the third is the son of the Congress leader. On the other hand, the opposition has alleged that the police are not taking concrete action due to political pressure from the ruling party.
