These three Bengali films set for theatrical release

Recently, the central government issues new SOP, in which it allows 100% occupancy in cinema halls from February 01. It has made everyone happy with viewers to the industry people. Bengali industry is also one of them which is happy with the new SOP and give a sigh of relief to all. There are reports that three Bengali films are set for theatrical release on February 12 and the cast and crew of these films, ‘Dictionary’, ‘Prem Tame’ and ‘Magic’, believes the new SOP will deliver a better response to their films.

First, filmmaker Bratya Basu's film 'Dictionary' which is a heart-touching story of a married couple. In this film, Abir Chatterjee is going to play the role of an introverted forest officer Ashoke Sanyal. On the other hand, Nusrat Jahan will play the role of his wife Smita. The film also features Poulami Basu, Bangladeshi actor Mosharraf Karim and Arna Mukhopadhyay in pivotal roles. 

Secondly, Director Raja Chanda's much-awaited film ‘Magic’. This film will feature real-life couple Ankush Hazra and Oindrila Sen as the lead pair along with Paayel Sarkar. The story of the film revolves around a guy, who goes through a magical change in his life when he falls in love with a girl from his office. 

Meanwhile, the third film is Anindya Chatterjee directed ‘Prem Tame’, which revolves around Pablo, who gets caught in a tussle between two warring factions of the students` union. The film is going to introduce three young faces Soumya Mukherjee, Susmita Chatterjee and Sweta Mishra.
