INGREDIENTS Milk, sugar, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Water, Tea leaves Roast the spices like cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and star anise together in equal amounts in a pan Grind the roasted ingredients together to get a powder In a wok full of boiling water, put the ground mixture along with the other remaining ingredients.
