The biggest loss from this ban was to TikTok's parent company ByteDance because apart from TikTok, it had many apps in India. After this ban, the Chinese media reporter has said in its report that after the ban on 59 Chinese apps by the Indian government, ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok and Halo, could result in a loss of about 6 billion dollars which is about 450 billion rupees. The media has also said that in the last few years, ByteDance has invested around 75 billion rupees in the Indian market. Speaking of apps owned by ByteDance in India, there are apps like TikTok, Helo, Vigo Video. Talking about the performance of TikTok in India, there are 611 million or 61.1 crore consumers. ByteDance has about 2,000 full-time employees in India who work for apps such as Halo, TikTok, and Vigo Video.
