The Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2018 has released its report in which not a single Indian Institute has topped in 100. Only two UK institutions came up in the rankings for the first time in history.
Oxford and Cambridge universities hold the position of first and second. But not a single Indian institute has made its markup to the top 100.
The Bengaluru based IISc has been placed between some 251-300, IIT Bombay whereas, mark its name in the list of 351-400. IIT Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee managed their place in between 501-600 list.
