To eat or not to eat: Food habits of a Leo

Leo’s sun ruler is Sun, so their health is always associated with heart, back and spinal column. They should eat food rich in magnesium phosphate, to enrich their blood circulation and nervous system.

Foods rich in iron, such as spinach, raisins, and dates, are recommended for Leo. Plums, pears, and oranges can help reduce heart strain.
