Lately, the influencer has been promoting content related to self-growth, which is being loved by a lot of people. And yet again, she has come forward to enlighten us with ways of boosting productivity. Seeing that we always find ways to raise our productivity, Karishma Rawat shares a few practical tips, and we have listed them below for you. 1. Stop Multitasking In today's day and age, where we are trying to do several things at once, Karishma Rawat says multitasking might deteriorate the quality of your work as well as add to unnecessary anxiety. "I know it feels like the right thing to do when we have too many things on your to-do list, but we are only fooling ourselves and feeding our habits of distractions with multitasking when we are on an endless loop of jumping from one task to another. Whenever possible focus on a single task at hand and see to its completion," said Karishma Rawat. 2. The Two-Minute Rule If there's something that can be done in 2 minutes, then do it right away. Karishma says, "Instead of noting it down on your notepad or making a mental note that you have to do it later, don't waste your energy on making reminders for the next five days, just finish your task." 3. Set A Timer For 20 Minutes Karishma Rawat suggests whenever faced with a daunting task, set a timer for 20 minutes and then focus on that task till the timer rings. It's unbelievable how much work we can get done in those 20 minutes when all the distractions are eliminated. You can do this for all kinds of work, be it home chores or office work. Just set a timer for 20 minutes and give all your energy to this task at hand. 4. Eat The Frog The saying means doing the difficult tasks first. Explaining this Karishma Rawat says, "If I get the toughest task out of the way, then I can do more tasks during the day with a sense of confidence that I have already checked the most difficult task off the list." 5. Reward Yourself After Completing A Difficult Task "It is very important to reward yourself after completing a dreary task. This will help you to stay motivated and will energise you to undertake more demanding tasks." says Karishma Rawat.
