Ingredients Of Tricolor Seekh Kebab 1/2 Kg Yogurt 2 Onions, chopped 4 Green chillies, chopped To taste Salt 75 Gram Cheese 2 Tbsp Coriander seeds and Black pepper powder 1 Tbsp Ginger, chopped 1 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli flakes 1/2 Cup Besan, roasted 100 Gram Paneer 2 Tbsp Corn flour For frying Oil

How to Make Tricolor Seekh Kebab 1.Lay a muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the yoghurt into it. Pick up the edges of the cloth and tie a knot. Hang it till it turns into a cheesy mixture. Prepare the Filling: 1.Grate the cheese. Dry roast coriander seeds & black pepper. Grind into a powder. 2.Mix grated cheese, a little coriander pepper powder, green chillies, onions, ginger, and salt. 3.Take hung yoghurt in a bowl, add red chilli flakes and the rest of the coriander pepper powder. 4.Bind with besan, paneer and corn flour. 5.Put in the filling and shape into kebabs. Shallow fry in a pan and serve hot.
