Fire gutted 18 huts in Tripura due to an electrical short circuit

Tripura: In Hamsapara, north Tripura, 18 huts of Bru refugees were burned to ashes by fire. On Saturday morning, 11 more huts were demolished to prevent the fire from spreading. According to Tripura Police, the fire was started by a short circuit in the camp, and several tents were demolished for security reasons. A group of cops is seeking evidence about the fire and the damage it has caused.
