The Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy yesterday on the opening day of the budget session didn't read out the full written speech. He skipped the part that contained the criticism of the Central Government. As per the sources news, in the house, he said “I have read out two pages and now I will read out after para 95,” He read out only five pages of the speech and left the house within half an hour.
