Trivendra Singh Rawat, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader today will swear in oath as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. Governor Krishna Kant Paul will be administering the oath of office and secrecy to him. It is expected that the oath ceremony will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP chief Amit Shah and other dignitaries. In the result of Assembly elections 2017, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) got 57 seats while the Congress party got only 11 seats out of total 70 seats.
