Try mouth-watering tangy Lemon Chicken recipe

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken Breast - 2 Pieces Ginger - 2 Tablespoons Garlic - 2 Tablespoons Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder- 1 Tablespoon Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder- 2 Tablespoons Garam Masala Powder- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons salt to taste Curd - 1 cup Oil - 2 Tablespoons

Method:

1. Mix turmeric and salt to the chicken and marinate together.

2. Heat oil in the pan, add chicken pieces in it.

3. Cook it until the chicken becomes golden brown.

4. Now add ginger and garlic paste and mix it.

5. Cook the chicken on a low flame.

6. After that add turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala and red chillies.

7. When the oil starts separating from the spice, pour lemon juice into it and stir it well.

8. Now take a bowl of yogurt. Remove the pan from the flame and mix yogurt with the chicken in the pan.

9. Then put the pan on the flame. Cook it well, close the flame and sprinkle the green coriander and serve it.
