Ingredients: 160ml skim milk (chilled) 13g oats 17g Chocolate whey powder 40ml water 1 medium Banana 2g peanut butter (homemade) 4g Honey 2g Almonds Method: 1. Dry roast the oats in a pan for 5 minutes 2. Then add water and cook it for 5 minutes 3. Switch off the stove and allow the oatmeal to cool down 4. Blend the oatmeal, banana, chocolate whey powder, peanut butter, honey and milk together 5. Blend for at least a minute to ensure you have a homogeneous mixture 6.
