Two coaches of 'Capital Express' train derailed in West Bengal; 6 injured

New Delhi: Two coaches of Capital Express train derailed killing at least two people and injuring six others. The train which was derailed in West Bengal last evening was scheduled from Bihar's Rajendra Nagar to Guwahati in Assam.

At around 9 pm, the coaches derailed near Samuktala Road Station in West Bengal's Alipurduar district. The wounded were taken to hospital.

According to the Northeast Frontier Railway, “the engine and the coach adjacent to it derailed”.
