Thursday, ACB officials said, two employees posted at the office of Deputy Superintendent of Land survey at Vasai were detained for purportedly accepting a bribe of Rs 2 lakh,. Police Inspector Anil Honrao of ACB's Thane unit said, Surveyor Deepesh Pimple and inspector of land records Samsu Pathara had allegedly demanded Rs 2 lakh as bribe from a complainant for issuing a report and a map of his land. Following a complaint, a trap was laid at the office yesterday and Pimple was nabbed while accepting the bribe, Honrao said.
