The police have arrested two persons and also detained a Juvenile for allegedly targeting pedestrians at isolated places in the national capital and robbing money and valuables from them, as per revealed by police. The DCP Ishwar Singh as per the sources news said "Acting on a tip-off, Vikram Chauhan (25) and Gaurav Kumar (23) have been arrested and their accomplice, a juvenile has been detained," Four mobile phones, Rs 3,300 in cash, a country-made pistol and two live cartridges have been seized from them, the officer said.
